The courses ask lots of guided questions, which encourage the learner to figure it out for themselves - that way they will understand. This seeks to encourage independent learners who are prepared to experiment and make mistakes.
Our courses are divided into small modules, which are five to 15 minutes in duration. You can spend an hour or two learning, or just make use of that spare 10 minutes on your coffee break. You don't have to do them in the right order, either - learn what you need when you need it, and go back later to discover the rest of it. You don't even have to do them all, it's entirely up to you - you're the boss!
Our setup includes a comprehensive Learning Management System, incorporating many levels of tracking, including allowing us to create reports on individual usage, time spent on each module, and the most popular modules.
