This is a short demo of the Caterer.com / learnpurple on-line food hygiene training programme. The programme consists of 15 lessons each of which can be completed in 5-15 minutes. At the end of each module is a short test to check understanding. Once all lessons have been completed, there is an examination consisting of 30 multiple choice questions. Delegates must achieve answer at least 70% of these correctly to qualify for a certificate endorsed by the Royal Institute of Public Health. A certificate can be printed off as soon as the exam has been completed successfully.
