- Happy Computers won the 2002 Management Today/Unisys Service Excellence award for the business to business sector. This identifies Happy Computers as the best in the UK for customer service amongst any companies serving business or other organisations.

- The association of Online Publishers rated our Food Hygiene course (created for LearnPurple) as the most innovative in the business sector in 2002.
- eLearning Project of the Year
- Happy eLearning's project with Manchester Health Agency was rated eLearning Project of the Year in the 2002 Institute of IT Training Awards. It also won Gold at the international Brandon-Hall Excellence in eLearning awards in Los Angeles.
- IT Training Company of the Year 2001
- At its 2001 awards, the Institute of IT Training rated Happy Computers the best IT training company in the UK. They praised its 'passionate belief in making learning fun - but also measurable and effective', and its innovation, with 'huge leaps forward in creating blended learning solutions'.
- Personnel Today HR Manager of the Year 2001
- The accolade of the best HR Manager in the UK went to Cathy Callus at the 2001 Personnel Today awards. Cathy was previously the winner of IT Trainer of the Year in 1999 and the Lloyds TSB Boss of the Year in 2000. Every trainer at Happy Computers has been coached and trained by Cathy to be among the best in the industry.
- DTI Parents at Work Employer of the Year 2001
- Happy Computers won the Employer of the Year award for the South East, small business section. This was based on work/life balance and creating a great place to work.
- Institute of IT Training Gold Standard
- In June 1999 Happy Computers became the first IT training company in the UK to achieve the Institute's prestigious Gold Standard, and is still one of less than a dozen to have achieved it.
- Lord Mayor's Dragon Award Winner: 1999 & 2001
- Happy Computers won the Dragon Award (small business category) in 1999 and 2001, awarded for services to the community. We give 20% of profit back to the community.
